John Zachariah (Chairman BA)

John is a B.A. graduate with honours in Economics. He began his career with Harrisons and Crossfield UK Ltd. in 1969 after which he moved to International Instruments in 1980. In 1986 he moved to Brookebond Ltd. (subsidiary of Unilever) where he spent most of his career specialising in Purchase and Commercial domains. Since his retirement he continues to be a consultant with Hindustan Unilever Ltd. and Capgemini in matters of infrastructure development and facilities.

Andrew Newell (Non-Executive Director MBA, FCIB)

Andrew Newell, has over 30 years experience in UK Personal Financial Services, having held Senior Executive roles in finance, risk, audit, and treasury with both Building Societies and Banks. Since 2005, he has established a consultancy business focusing on finance, risk and governance and has also taken up a number of Non-Executive positions with East Homes Housing Association, Rosebery Housing Association, Off the Streets and into Work (a Charity dealing with the employability of homeless people), and is a member of the Independent Monitoring Board of Colnbrook Immigration Removal Centre.

Mike Lazenby (Chief Executive FCIB, FRSA)

Mike has been a distinguished presence in the financial services sector since 1973. Prior to joining Kent Reliance as Chief Executive in 1999, he spent 7 years working for Nationwide where he had a number of responsibilities before becoming Director of Marketing in 1998. Previous Board level responsibilities include Business Development, Marketing, Corporate Lending and Government Lobbying.

Yogesh Agarwal (Managing Director BBM, MBA, CeMap)

Yogesh is a management graduate with specialization in Finance. After an exceptional stint with Citibank Shelters, he moved into the BPO industry as a Senior Financial Administrator. He spent two years in the UK studying, mapping and improving the processes of Kent Reliance Building Society. He has successfully migrated the Mortgages and some of the Savings & Investment processes to India. Whilst in the UK, Yogesh obtained a certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) awarded by the Institute of Financial Services.

Gajendran Sundaramurthy (Executive Director B.Com, Certified ISO 27001 Implementer)

Gajendran has rich experience in the BPO industry having worked in nearly all business functions ranging from IT to Operations. He has knowledge and experience in the domains of Accounts, Audit, Financial Services Administration, Process Consulting and ISO 27001 (as Chief Information Security Officer). Prior to joining Easiprocess, he worked in various capacities in Ocwen Financial Services and Cambridge Integrated Services amongst others. He has played a vital role in the set-up, stabilization and improvement of the core Operations department at Easiprocess and has ensured effective implementation of Information Security Management System in compliance to BS 799/ISO 27001 standards in the organisation.
