Easiprocess meets the criteria of ISO 27001 : 2005 specification for Information Security Management Systems for management of information security in BPO operations, software development and support functions (Administration, HR and Training, Finance and Accounts and IT), including the exercise of activities in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 of UK.

In addition to compliance with ISO 27001 standards, Easiprocess has the experience of abiding by the policies that are mandatory for members of the FSA (Financial Services Authority) UK to comply with.
Data Protection Act of 1998

It is vital that those who collect and use personal data maintain the confidence of those who are asked to provide it by complying with the requirements of the Act. We help our client’s customers strengthen their individual rights and treat their information with utmost integrity by complying with this Act.
Internal Complaints Procedure
In spite of our client’s proactive measures to ensure customers are satisfied, there could be instances where a mistake or misunderstanding occurs. Easiprocess supports its client by complying with the Internal Complaints Procedure, thus ensuring that all complaints received are handled efficiently, promptly and resolved at the earliest opportunity thus restoring customer confidence.
Money Laundering Policy
Easiprocess helps in identifying suspicious transactions, understanding the activities that involve money laundering and have a stringent reporting policy in place that enables our client to prevent propagation of illegal financial activity.
Banking Code
In order to help our client’s end customers get a fair deal, they have voluntarily adopted the Banking Code, which Easiprocess also complies with.
Treating Customers fairly (TCF)
By making TCF a policy statement, the FSA who is the regulator of TCF has taken fairness towards customers to a higher level. Our client has embraced TCF thus showing commitment towards its customers. Easiprocess also has the onus of treating our clients’ customers fairly as our services include direct contact with our clients’ customers.

Easiprocess complies to the above five policies (The Data Protection Act, Internal Complaints Procedure, Money Laundering Policy, Banking Code and Treating Customers Fairly) as it is a requirement for one of our client’s. Where specifically required by other clients, Easiprocess can also provide services that are compliant with the above as well as other policies.
